A dynamic and renowned company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and coordination of events. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth event operations, from budgeting and scheduling to organizing and record-keeping.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring event progress and providing updates to the Project Leader. This role will facilitate communication between departments, schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and track follow-up items to ensure successful execution.

Part-Time Role: Flexible hours based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tasks related to event implementation, including budgeting, scheduling, and organizing.
  • Handle information flow from stakeholder groups, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Monitor progress of event planning and provide regular updates to the Project Leader.
  • Schedule and attend meetings between stakeholders, clients, employees, and the Lead.
  • Prepare presentation materials and share meeting notes with the Project Leader.
  • Follow up on action items and important decisions from meetings, ensuring they are assigned and executed.
