As a Dealer Services Representative, you’ll field dealer calls and inquiries, provide troubleshooting support, and document customer interactions. The CSC operates weekdays, evenings, and weekends, so flexibility is key, including availability for evening and Saturday shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries while making decisions and solving problems with or without established methods.
- Troubleshoot issues, document customer problems, and consistently meet pre-established service metrics.
- Interact professionally with various stakeholders using multiple communication channels.
- Promptly resolve issues, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to access data and conduct research to solve complex inquiries.
- Continuously build your knowledge of products, programs, and procedures related to vehicles, parts, and accessories.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Expertise: Background in technical customer service, wholesale account management, call centers, or order systems.
- Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to effectively communicate, influence, and resolve issues through phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
- Problem Solving Abilities: Comfortable working with team members to resolve complex problems that may not have a clear solution.
