Responsibilities:

  • Promote continuous improvement, refining processes to meet the firm’s evolving needs.

Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of leadership experience in operations, particularly in the business services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and align multiple departments, driving operational consistency.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and track performance metrics.
  • Proven experience with project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
