Responsibilities:
- Oversee core business functions like Marketing, Sales, Hiring, Client Satisfaction, Finance, Technology, and Community Relations.
- Work directly with the Owner/Visionary to turn big ideas into practical, actionable business plans.
- Lead major projects, tackle obstacles, and develop standardized systems to improve efficiency.
- Drive financial results by managing P&L and ensuring accountability throughout the team.
- Maintain strong internal communication and ensure alignment with core processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of leadership and operations experience.
- Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus.
- A track record of success with both start-up and medium-sized companies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
