Join a well-established bankruptcy law firm as their Firm Administrator and play a key role in shaping the future of the business! This leadership position is all about creating stability, streamlining operations, and paving the way for continued success.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee core business functions like Marketing, Sales, Hiring, Client Satisfaction, Finance, Technology, and Community Relations.
  • Work directly with the Owner/Visionary to turn big ideas into practical, actionable business plans.
  • Lead major projects, tackle obstacles, and develop standardized systems to improve efficiency.
  • Drive financial results by managing P&L and ensuring accountability throughout the team.
  • Maintain strong internal communication and ensure alignment with core processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of leadership and operations experience.
  • Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus.
  • A track record of success with both start-up and medium-sized companies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
