  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and ensure that supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Support office staff by handling additional tasks as needed, including maintaining communication with internal departments.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of front desk, reception, or customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
