Join a legendary brand and make an impact on the world of warranty operations! We’re looking for a Warranty Parts Return Analyst to support essential business processes related to warranty part returns.
This role involves collaborating with various teams to research, analyze, and resolve warranty claim issues while maintaining accurate reference documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Research warranty claims and validate part conditions according to established policies
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and dealers to resolve claim issues
- Document serialized components using systems like AS400 and SAP
- Manage logistics, including return shipping and dealer debiting
- Participate in joint inspections, virtual analysis, and component testing
- Identify and report warrantable trends to appropriate stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Previous mechanical experience (automotive or motorcycle) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work onsite
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch)
